Most accounts are active within 24 hours of your conversation with Robert. Complex accounts (large fleets, custom SLAs, insurance integrations) may take 48 hours.
Yes. Partner accounts support multiple authorized users. Your shop manager, front desk, service writer, or dispatcher can all call in tows referencing your account. The partner portal includes multi-user access with role-based permissions.
