Our Commitment

RJ Towing is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard recommended by the U.S. Access Board and used by ADA enforcement.

Website Features

• Keyboard navigation: every interactive element is reachable by Tab; focus indicators are high-contrast and visible.
• Skip-to-content link: screen-reader users can jump past the header directly to the main content.
• Semantic HTML: proper heading order, landmarks, and ARIA labels throughout.
• Color contrast: all body text meets 4.5:1 contrast and large text meets 3:1.
• Reduced motion: animations and carousels respect prefers-reduced-motion.
• Bilingual: key pages are available in Spanish at /es, and dispatch is fully bilingual 24/7.
• Responsive design: every page works on mobile, tablet, and desktop without horizontal scroll or zoom traps.

Phone + In-Person Service

If you have difficulty using the website, you can always call (619) 872-5285 and a real person will help you 24/7. For Spanish-speaking customers, call the same number, our team is fully bilingual.

• TTY / text relay: we accept calls from California Relay Service (711) and equivalent services.
• Wheelchair / mobility support: our drivers assist with vehicle transfers and can coordinate with medical transport partners when needed.
• Service animals: always welcome in our trucks.

Known Limitations

• The partner portal map embeds use third-party services (Google Maps) which may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We provide equivalent text-based address and route information for all map content.
• Some PDF invoices in the partner portal may not be fully screen-reader-optimized. Request a plain-text or HTML version by emailing billing@rjtowingservice.com.
